Happy New Year
Greetings everyone! I will tell you more about me in coming posts. I want you to know that this is THE place to come for current, quick, measurable marketing actions if you have a small business or are planning to start one.
So it is New Years Day, what can you do? (This tactic can work on any day or more than once.)
Take your top 10 or 10 percent of your clients and write them a personal thank you post card for giving you their business. It doesn't have to be printed, could be hand written on a blank 4x6" index card. Let them know you appreciate them. Put a 10% off coupon on the card for their next visit. Or, if you can't market to them online yet, get them to go to your website and give them a 10 percent off coupon for entering their online contact information. You can do this in an hour today while you are watching your favorite Bowl game, you can get this done.
If you dont have an email autoresponder program, I suggest Aweber. It is what I use. It is good, easy, and inexpensive. Go here.
